The Aviation Law Group at New Walk Chambers offers practitioners at differing levels of seniority that have relevant and extensive experience of aviation issues. Amongst the group are individuals that currently hold the Private Pilots Licence (PPL), a former RAF engineer who is registered with both the Engineering Council and the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAe'S), and (from February 2006) the chairman of the British Parachute Association. Members of the group are available for either court representation or advice in writing/conference where the subject matter is aeronautical in nature.
